Refund policy
At The SHUTTL Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 14-day conditional return policy for new and unused products, excluding items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale.”
General Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are new, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the condition of the returned product upon inspection.
Please note:
Items that are used, damaged, missing tags, or without original packaging are not eligible for return.
Products must meet our quality standards for new merchandise to qualify for a refund.
Racket Returns:
Rackets must be completely new and unused, with the factory plastic wrap on the handle intact. Rackets that have custom string or tension selections are considered modified and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Damage or Defects:
If you believe a product is damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase or pickup. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Apparel, Accessories, and Other Returns
All apparel, accessories, and other items must be new, unused, and unworn, with all original tags, stickers, and packaging attached, to be eligible for a return or full refund.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage are not eligible for return.
Returning your Item
You can return your item in person or by shipping it back to us.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was received in error.
We currently do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.
